management is really bad they make rules that they don't follow and then when u do something they said was alright they don't stand up for you working for this company is like walking on egg shells u never know when there going to fire you and and when they do its so stupid that everyone laughs when you thell them why

I could go on and on. Management is always trying to write people up, hard workers are less important to mangement, they change rules every two weeks, union is worth a darn, mangement likes to go after people once they know your name. They move parts further and further away from picking doors and expeCT parts out on time. Instead of fixing issues they just give u minors and majors instead of actually investigating what happened. Not all the same rules apply to maintenence and mangement about beeping horns.
