Pros

Good opportunities for motivated people. Lots of turnover over the next few years in good positions due to an aging workforce. The company is getting younger and is openly trying to promote youthful candidates.

Cons

Metal industry can be a grind (like O&G). There are cycles that can be tough to work through.

Pros

Pretty good wage. Project team is knowledgeable Room to be a part of and grow with the company

Cons

The company needs more guidance from upper management, better corporate structure. The company as a whole has a lot to learn as far as standards and safety. Big disconnect between upper management and warehouse crew.
