      Small group of people. Smaller company

      Cons

      Lots of labor, not climate controlled (hot in summer), grouchy older employees, workload inconsistent. Disconnect from front office to people working the product.

      IT Team is full of smart and dedicated people ready to help each other and managers are very supportive and hands-off.

      Cons

      A little behind technology-wise so there are quite a few growing pains as the company shifts from paper processes to computer.
