      Some managers are not qualified for their job or have little to no knowledge of what their employees' workload looks like. Heavy workloads.

      -good company that continues to try and keep up with perks of more modern corporations -enjoyed my coworkers

      Cons

      -lack of growth opportunities even after being told for years I was ready for a promotion
