Pros

The Texas facilities are full of great people. With Ryerson being a $4-6 Billion dollar company, it comes with great benefits. Great 401k match, the best health insurance I have seen in the industry, competitive commission structure for sales, tuition reimbursement, and much more. They invest in their team. It is a great place to work if you are in sales.

If you go through the sales academy you get very extensive training, more than most companies offer.
