      Offices located nationwide Bonuses are based on office performance

      Cons

      Company is old Not a lot of space for movement up Says they promote from within but actually hire from the outside all the time for higher positions/new positions opening up.

      Pros

      To this day I remain a proud and passionate employee of Ryerson. I always feel my opinions are heard and are valued from my co-workers to senior management . To me there is nothing more important than going home at the end of a work day taking pride in the work you do and feeling its importance to such a professional organization.

      Cons

      The economy makes our business a challenging place to work but Ryerson is always up to the challenge! Always looking ahead for better ways to be the best.
