      Pros

      If you are in one of the centralized/HQ location like Minneapolis or Chicago you will be OK.

      Cons

      People truly leave bad managers, that statement is true, even though you realized the company isn't great. Managers at several locations have flat out lie to me, play a hypocrite game, tell you one thing do another. Such an archaic mentality doesn't embrace change or utilize employee talents across the board. Even within the Academy program people still leaving this company. The commission plan is a joke, not clear, not properly measured as you never know what check will look and that is if you do get it.

      Pros

      Training is a priority and most employees have been here for many years. There can be many opportunities to move up if willing to relocate.

      Cons

      The culture of the company is definitely very traditional. Young professionals looking for a flexible work schedule or a progressive company may be disappointed.
