S.P. Richards is a great company to work for they have traditional values that you don't find in too many companies any more. They promote from within and care about their employees.

Cons

I don't have anything bad to say about this company.

Great pay, great for students and hard working people. Very little opportunity for advancement.

Pros

Good pay. Straight forward work. In my branch the coworkers are nice and there is a unique culture there. Hard working managers, care about the work. Weekends off.

Cons

Very little opportunity for advancement, but that is partly the nature of the work. Difficult to switch shifts. Not flexible, hard to take days off. As a warehouse worker they are not really concerned with your personal life/plans if it interferes with work at all. Though this is usually reasonable considering the type of work it can go overboard.
