Pros

SPR is a traditional and conservative company that is reliable and will be around for a long time. They do a great job of making sure that prospective employees will be a good fit in the organization, which makes a pleasant office to work in and minimizes politics. Great culture.

Cons

The conservative nature of the company that makes it able to withstand ups and downs in the markets can be frustrating because change is slow.
