      Pros

      Pay is about average for the industry. Decent coworkers. Decent management. 3 weeks of PTO was a plus Average Benefits

      Cons

      Work life balance is rough sometimes. Management doesn't always communicate details of the job you are scheduled to work at. Scheduling typically happens the afternoon prior, making it hard to maintain any kind of normal routine. Sometimes you'll have to be at the job at 2am, sometimes it's 5am, other times it's 7am.

      Pros

      Very smart people. Employee owned (through an ESOP). Excellent management in local office. Wide variety and great number of experts.

      Cons

      Upper level corporate decisions seem disconnected and don't take in account input from staff or management level employees.

      Pros

      Freedom in your workday, some days are more busy than other but there is balance. Company vehicles with fuel paid for by the company is great.

      Cons

      Like any construction job, traveling to sites that may or may not be close to home can be an annoyance.
