1.High salaries as compared to other BFSI oriented companies. 2.Very healthy work environment. 3.Leave policy is good. 4.Performance feedback and Appraisal process is great. 5.Very Co-operative Team Lead / Managers. 6.Great forward development processes. 7.Great quality products.

Cons

1.Way too disciplined and strict on the QA process. 2.No Growth after a certain time period.

Pros

The benefits package is good. The work/home balance is tolerable as long as you keep home at home. The commute is easy. There's free soda. Gain experience at your skill set - if you like doing the same thing year after year, this is the place to be.

Cons

lack of communication between departments, favoritism in promotions, no HR development of career paths for all departments, no consistency in policy or processes.
