Pros
I worked at one of their development offices outside of GA. At time is was the best of both worlds; working in a small independent group that was backed by a large company. Good access to training and new technology. Worked with a number of smart, driven people.
Cons
Senior management decision making process was often unclear. Little unity or cohesiveness across geographic locations. Best practices dictated from central office with little or no collaboration.
