      Just another staffing or consulting firm. Easy to get a job.

      Cons

      Overworked. Underpaid. No work life balance. Expected to work after hours and on weekends most of the time with no OT pay.

      1. Work Environment is stress free 2. Company is growing and hence multiple opportunities to increase skills 3. Staff and employer are very good. 4. Impartial and transparency in bill rate.

      I have not see a Cons at all yet, same with the future

      Pros

      Pros: Hard to find. Training is partially good.

      Cons

      Cons: You will find them when you step into the office. - Good compensations are provided when you join the company, down the line you will regret it. - Partiality and discrimination while allocating positions. - CEO big backdrop to this company. Never encouraging mentality. - No access to pay stubs and benefits. - Always greedy about money. You never know what is the bill rate and what percentage you are getting paid. - Two months salary withhold, if you get job through S2IT. CEO will mention this will be paid back after one year of service to S2IT. (Forget about it).
