      Pros

      S2Tech cares for employees and their families. S2Tech employees celebrate birthdays, have picnics with families, and enjoy helping each other. S2Tech's Fortune Fund program is making a huge difference to children (especially in rural areas of the India and United States) by supporting them with a four-year college education. Many employees adopt these children and serve as mentors. Wonderful program!

      Didn't have employee and family gatherings for quite some time (I guess due to Corona virus pandemic)

      there is not much to explain!

      Cons

      employees are treated like construction labors. The CEO is greedy. He wont pay even a sewage cleaner salary to freshers. Company lost great projects because of his greediness.!!
