Hello, thank you for your input. We were faced with the difficult decision to do a downsizing in our lending department. This is never an easy decision and a rare occasion for S3. We make every effort to support our employees and match them with other opportunities within the company.

Pros

I’ve been working in customer service for 15 years now and I can honestly say that this is the best job I have EVER had. it is so hard to find management that is supportive, but not with S3. In each training class you’re in, there is always management there to assist you. Through every training class I went through, every manager was/is amazing. They don’t throw you to the wolves. You are trained for 90 days (after 2 weeks, you start taking calls but management is still there to assist) and even after the 90 days, regardless of whatever department you are in, managers are right there with you. I had to have a major surgery right before the end of my 90 days and my managers did not hesitate for 1 second to tell me don’t worry about a thing, take care of myself and they’ll go over everything when I got back. Any appointments I had to take, I was never denied. 1 of my previous managers actually checked up on me and still checks in with me to make sure I’m doing alright. I’ve had quite a few heart to hearts with my managers as well and they’ve been open with me. Working remote has been amazing. PTO is amazing as well. Instead of a small percentage you accumulate through however many days you work, you get 6 hours every week. I’ve never experienced that at any place of employment I've ever been with. I truly love this company.

Cons

Sometimes there are system issues but there is a great IT department who thoroughly goes through your computer to solve the issues.
