There is too much favoritism in the company. The new HR team needs an overhaul.

In theory subbing out most of the mtg loan process for 3 different companies sounds like a good idea, but in reality we are doing 3 times the amount of work that you would be doing at other regular banks while getting paid less than market rate. You constantly get micromanaged by the fake director and they consistently make you do timesheets to your already busy day. This company has HIGH turnover rates. That should tell you all you need to know. If you want a promotion just switch companies, unless you're buddy buddy with the managers in the department you're trying to move to, I guarantee you won't get it. Meanwhile they hand out promotions like candy to the directors every year. I've seen complete idiots move up to positions when there are more deserving and hard working people that should be getting the promotion. Takeaway is work here if you have no other option or are just trying to break into the industry. Otherwise just work somewhere else.
