      Pros

      I have read the other reviews and couldn't disagree more. S3 was a great place to work-the leadership team genuinely cares about the employees. They offer ongoing employee events (casual Friday's, ice cream socials, team building, etc.) and listen to their employees. It's a high volume, fast paced environment that keeps their employees engaged and offers cross training and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      With all new companies there are going to be growing pains, but S3 made significant changes during my time there.

      The PTO and your paycheck.

      Cons

      This is a starter job to get your feet wet. If your fresh out of college looking for that first job then maybe this place would be suitable, but definitely not somewhere to set down roots. The pay sucked and the turnover rate is ridiculous.

      I moved to the area and pretty much got this job right off the bat in mortgage, so that was great... I should have known better

      Cons

      Management is hired based on what i'm not sure. There seem to be great managers in some departments and just really bad ones in most. It makes it hard to be an employee when you don't have a strong management team to support.
