      Pros

      I was able to work remotely during the pandemic. The company tries its best with giving some perks to its employees.

      Cons

      The turnover rate is too high, and the company has no interest in trying to retain its employees. Career advancement is virtually non-existent or competitive compensation, I've only witness colleagues make lateral transfers.

      None I hated it. Some days you felt like I actually helped someone then the next call immediately would be a complete knucklehead.

      Cons

      You work on a phone tree…. Coworkers were awful Lots of turnover Customers were extremely angry all day
