      Pros

      I have read the other reviews and couldn't disagree more. S3 was a great place to work-the leadership team genuinely cares about the employees. They offer ongoing employee events (casual Friday's, ice cream socials, team building, etc.) and listen to their employees. It's a high volume, fast paced environment that keeps their employees engaged and offers cross training and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      With all new companies there are going to be growing pains, but S3 made significant changes during my time there.

      The workplace is full of energetic young professionals who create a very Engaging workplace.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the leadership lacks diversity. Very limited opportunity for minorities.

      If you have good phone skills, and can keep your temper in check even when the caller does not, you have a great opportunity to do well here.

      Cons

      It can be a grind, boring at times. Management, like anywhere, can run hot and cold.
