Pros

The facility is beautiful and well kept. The bathrooms are huge and the gym on site is nice.

Cons

Really unbearably high call volume and work load, the management changes constantly and never really helps other peoples "teams" . Favoritism is a big thing here. The members have severe issues with understanding the reps are human and tend to be viscous and nasty when they don't get there way. The work systems crash constantly and there really isnt a whole lot of room to move up.
