Pros

You will learn a lot at this company and it is a great place to get started if you are interested in this field. This company has decent benefits and is stable for the most part.

Cons

Management will micromanage you and they are stuck in their ways no matter how inefficient their processes are. This company has a high turnover rate and is chronically understaffed. Because of that the amount of work can be overwhelming and it is easy to burn out. The pay is not enough to make up for the stress. I would not suggest staying over 2 years.

Work from home, lots of overtime available

Cons

They send an email asking you to review them on this website shortly after orientation but before the actual training. Orientation was a dream. I was so excited to start. That lasted until we were on the phones after hardly any training at all. Management is unprofessional and not helpful. The pay is not worth this at all.
