Site directors and DPs are experienced.

Cons

The fellows are paid peanuts! For the expected work load and high expectations they have for fellows, it is not worth it. Also, many of the higher-ups are white (just look at the directors and managers in IT, HR, Academics) and then POC appear as you work down the chain

Too Much Stress

I highly enjoyed getting to tutor small groups of students every day. I got to really to really connect with some of the students and make a difference in their lives.

Cons

9 hours of work each day for way too little pay. It ended up being a rather stressful job, with a good portion of that stress coming from the way too small stipend.
