- 100% mission-focused - Remote - Easy to build community with other staff members - Not micro-managing - Quick and efficient when it came to receiving onboarding info

Cons

Honestly, there is none for me because I have never felt more valued at an organization. For the first time, I can actually see myself staying at an organization long-term.

Great company just be prepared for schools

Company has great benefits and vacation time, as well as an EAP program and multiple events/classes offered for professional and personal development.

Cons

If you are in a school based position, your experience will vary depending on school staff. It is a gamble that is not on the company, but any time there has been a problem, upper management has been a great support in intervening on our behalf.
