SAGA Education reviews

Thank you for your feedback and your service as an AmeriCorps Fellow. Since our program is school-based and student-facing as a math tutor, while we welcome all qualified to serve, the role could appeal more to those who desire an education-based role once they've completed their service year with Saga. To clarify, AmeriCorps fellows are awarded a stipend and not paid an hourly wage as indicated. Service with Saga is not considered employment but a year of service. Thank you for for a higher rating related to diversity and inclusion as well as, senior management. We are making conscious efforts to commit to our DEIB strategic plan, and we put a lot of resources into our people managers so they are supported to head teams that shape the organization and are mission-aligned.
