Pros

Great experience, even while remote, and my colleagues were fun to work with.

Cons

The pay is minimum wage. Technically this is a volunteer experience with a living stipend.

- You get to do something positive for others - The fellow employees and site directors are kind and well meaning people, you get support for doing the job it seems like - they have some health benefits offers and little perks - ability to work remotely

Cons

- you are almost acting as a full time math teacher for students for a fraction of pay

Pros

Saga is a mission driven organization with employees that are passionate about the work. The best part about working at Saga is fellow team members are supportive and appreciative of your hard work.

Cons

Saga is a young organization with lots of work to be done and lots of change takes place. The staff is stretched to capacity during busy times of the year.
