A great way to get started

Pros

The people who you work with remotely will spend several hours a day with you in a video call. The management at Saga is top notch, and they really care about the fellows and the employees. You are given a lot of responsibility in leading students, but it equates to significant liberty with how you want to run your tutorial sessions. They can help set you up with necessary computer equipment for remote work.

Cons

The annual stipend is pretty low. Be sure you have some savings before starting with them. Remote work can be somewhat difficult if you have a poor internet connection.
