      Low pay, decent support

      - You get to do something positive for others - The fellow employees and site directors are kind and well meaning people, you get support for doing the job it seems like - they have some health benefits offers and little perks - ability to work remotely

      - you are almost acting as a full time math teacher for students for a fraction of pay

      Too Much Stress

      Pros

      I highly enjoyed getting to tutor small groups of students every day. I got to really to really connect with some of the students and make a difference in their lives.

      Cons

      9 hours of work each day for way too little pay. It ended up being a rather stressful job, with a good portion of that stress coming from the way too small stipend.
