Pros

Professional development was robust, both before the school year and throughout. Mentorship was top-notch, and I'm grateful for my site director's guidance.

Cons

A lot of work for low pay. I had to do some work beyond the job description, partly because of the extraordinary circumstances of teaching remotely during COVID-19.
