      I had an awesome site director and team at my site. Everyone was understanding and kind. Working with students was also a great experience

      The pay for the service year that fellows receive is not enough for the work and impact that they have on the students they work with.

      -Most fellows are kind and considerate people -I felt connected to the students. -The material is solid for the most part. -Freedom to adjust things to student needs.

      -Low Pay -Emotionally Taxing -Rough transition to Online Learning -Company growing very quickly -Feedback depends on your supervisor's style.
