-Underpaid -Trainings are incredibly pointless -Some of the fellows who are supposed to be tutoring high school math not even capable of doing the math themselves. I was shocked that someone who didn't know had to add fractions was supposed to teach high schoolers how to add fractions. -They make you work overtime but then don't pay you the overtime. I was literally told to clock out and told to stay later to finish grading. If you are doing extra work, you should be getting paid.

Tutors are underpaid. Because of funding that was lost last year, SAGA eliminated a bunch of positions and it falls to the SDs and tutors to pick up the slack and do extra tasks that there really aren't time for in the day. I end up doing lesson planning and other work at home, unpaid.
