Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you’re enjoying your time as a remote tutor and appreciate the flexibility that the role offers. We understand that compensation is an important consideration. Our pay rates are set above minimum wage, and we offer a range of benefits options to support our staff. We also value employee feedback and appreciate hearing suggestions on areas staff would like to see enhanced in future offerings. Thank you again for sharing your perspective, and we appreciate the work you do to support our students.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoy working alongside supportive coworkers and that your work with students is meaningful. We also acknowledge your concerns about leadership and change. As a growing organization, we continue to evolve to better meet the needs of our students, staff, and partners, and we recognize that change can feel challenging, especially when it’s frequent. We are actively working to improve communication around decisions and provide greater clarity as we move forward. We appreciate your honesty and the contributions you're providing to our students. Feedback like this helps us identify where we need to do better, and we remain committed to strengthening our leadership practices.

Pros

Since day one of joining Saga, I have felt fully supported by every manager I have worked with. I feel my work is seen, valued, and contributes to our day to day work with school districts. Management encourages you to step outside of your comfort zone and provides positive feedback to sharpen your skills.

Cons

There are slower months throughout the year which can at times feel difficult to navigate if you enjoy jumping from project to project.
