Pros
Working with in a team setting was helpful. We supported one another during the difficult times. Site Director was an amazing advocate of our program and for our students.
Cons
While working on a team setting is fun, it is important to recognize that not everyone will have an education background. Some of my colleagues did not take on the critical feedback and found it difficult to engage with students. You rank your top three schools but technically you are also ranking the top three supervisors you want to ideally work with. Each one is very different and their leadership styles determine the outcome of your work.
