SAI is a firm believe in training and cross-training. Your ability to advance and enhance your skill sets are limited only by your investment. The staff that I worked with are older, experienced professionals. They believe in obtaining top-notch talent and experience is how they hire

Pros

Great people to work with, management recognizes talent and makes effort to reward or cultivate it, CEO has lots of ideas for new products/industries and taking the company forward, opportunities for travel, ability to meet people from around the world and learn about their different cultures

Cons

Management's decisions are often made with little thought or guidance from internal people, often causing conflicts between people or projects. Sometimes the diversity and amount of projects stretches staff and can lead to quickly produced, shoddy work.
