Pros
Significantly better benefits than those offered by previous companies on the same project. A higher number of staff than in previousf employers on the same contract.
Cons
It's retail; sometimes customers have unreasonable expectations. People often take out their life frustrations on us. There are sales involved as well. I have heard that some people feel that the eleventh commandment is "Thou shalt give customer service staff a hard time."
