Good work, horrible company
Pros
Work was challenging but interesting and engaging. Really enjoyed the day to day life. Work life balance was no issue as well. Benefits are great, pay was very competitive, coworkers are mostly great to work with, plenty of lateral opportunities
Cons
PM and above leadership has no regard for those under them, unless you're in the "good ole boys club" or their particular work social circle. Redeployment program is a joke and offers no real help to find another position in the company. Retirement benefits are designed to handcuff you. Their 401k contribution schedule is on a quarterly basis, so it hinders growth where most other companies contribute per pay period. When raise season comes around the same recycled excuse is always used of "well we didn't grow as much as we hoped, or, due to X situation raises will be tight..."
