Pros

Great atmosphere, everyone is really nice and helps you out when learning new things. If you ever need help with something, just ask someone and they are usually willing to help you

Cons

As a new employee there were periods of high and low work loads. This is to be expected as a new employee.

So big that it's easy to become lost.

Pros

Management tries hard to find support for employees who lose coverage, which makes it pretty stable employment in a competitive environment. Management is very supportive of continued education--the company will pay tuition.

Cons

The quality of management varies tremendously depending on location. There is no path for career advancement in some divisions. The corporate environment isn't what it was during the good old "employee owned" days.
