Pros

It's a large company with many opportunities when first starting out. Has many different locations around the United States and overseas.

Cons

Very difficult to move to different contracts. Business units are stove piped making it difficult to learn what other sectors do. No sick leave, you have to use PTO if you are sick. Doesn't offer all federal holidays.

Pros

Name of the company, paid for me to get a clearance, mid-level boss was the best boss I've ever had.

Cons

Too big, wants to be like every other contractor, you need to be one of the boys, or a retired O-6 or GO to go anywhere.

Pros

Great benefits, felt like a civilian environment with not that much pressure and deadlines. Management was friendly, then hopped to another team and the management was big headed and rude. There were a few opportunities for growth. They greatly value personal achievements such as Masters, Certifications, Training, Etc.

Cons

- Management communications were off. Meetings were a waste of time on occasions. - The pay was not competitive at all
