Pros

Great employee base. Average benefits. In the right division you will get training. Some cool stuff gets done. Good at writing winning proposals.

Cons

Timesold. Timesold. Training is hard to get. All companies do college reimbursement! Still stovepiped with mini feifdoms. Ethics don't apply to everyone. Deep packet inspect everyone's email not just targeted individuals. Squeaky wheel gets the oil. Higher you go the less minorities and women.
