      Pros

      Good managers at SAIC promote and motivate employees to higher positions. Good stable and reliable company to work for.

      Cons

      SAIC does not have a workers union. Seniority does not count. Employees who have been working at SAIC for a long time are being replace with new low hourly rate employees. The hiring manager has control on who to hire. The AR Billing department does not give employees incentive to continue with SAIC for a long term employment.

      - Interesting projects - Excellent flexibility - Great learning opportunities - Lots of smart and dedicated people - Many offices around US - can be a job you can take with you when you move

      Cons

      - "Saturdays are included, chump" - like any consulting gig, you have to be available when the client needs you - Top management tends to be distant and out of touch - Company focus is on DOD and IT - everyone else is marginal - Very difficult to get funds for professional development
