Pros

The benifits are okay, but some of the management skillset is not great. Some of management is good but some are lacking heavily.

Cons

It is a consulting firm and seems that they are always talking layoffs or losing contracts. They should improve on what they do.

Pros

Project oriented with opportunities to branch out on other projects. Entrepreneurial spirit. Good benefits with 4+ weeks of vacation, insurance, and 401K contributions.

Cons

Ken Dahlberg is no longer CEO, but when he was he was the major factor in employees feeling like second class citizens under his autocratic "regime". The focus on government only is very near sighted, we've got to branch out. Local management can be bad as long as their numbers meet expectations, they often have little regard for their employees.
