Pros

Great benefits Professionalism Competitive salary Annual salary increases Generous reimbursements

Cons

The newly established "Ethics Hotline" is being abused by poor performers and those who are about to be laid off. It is common knowledge spreading amongst employees that you will NOT lose your job or be laid off if you file any sort of ethics complaint. It's being used as a form of job security by the incompetent and irrelevant.

Pros

SAIC is not a terrible company at all. The problem is that the structure is so rigid, that advancement opportunities are rare. Although the company seems to keep scoring lucrative govt. contracts, salaries remain frozen, and promotions are non-existent.

Cons

Poor advancement opportunity No govt. spending means frozen salaries
