Overall, it was okay.

Pros

Good leadership, decent work (not too hard and not too easy), ample office space and resources, easy going atmosphere, paid holidays

Cons

As a new employee I only recieved a small amount of vacation time that was also sick leave. 9 paid holidays was kind of a joke since you had to either work before and after the holiday or be in a paid leave status. Depending on the job there is not a lot of progression offered.

Pros

Room to grow, management recognizes hard work and extra effort. Good about sending employees to classes and training to further their knowledge.

Cons

HR related tasks (time card, travel expenses) are a pain and not well overseen. Leave time is all PTO, no sick days.
