Pros

SAIC encourages employee education and personal achievements, and the benefits provided are top-notch. The company is very large and serves many geographic locations, which offers the opportunity for relocation, if so desired.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement have been severely limited during my tenure with the company. I have outpaced many of my peers and grown tremendously in my skills, yet have been passed over for advancement numerous times.

Pros

The company is a good company that pays well for your experience.

Cons

Long hours expected for salaried employees. Poor life/family balance. The Management sometimes continues processes that do not work, but will not listen to the employees who are familiar with the processes.
