Pros

Good Pay, Decent benefits. The HR rep was nice when I met her once. Other than that, just another place to work at.

Cons

Don't expect training. SAIC is the place to work at when you don't expect promotions or possibilities to advance your career. The budget for training employees is tiny and in most cases, won't even buy the books. When comparing salaries, keep in mind that this company will not be investing in you.

Pros

Tons of jobs in many different business and national security areas make SAIC a very versatile company to work for.

Cons

I have not really got a whole lot of feedback in my work, it seems like at times (although not always or even the majority of the time).
