Pros

This company hires a lot of former military and have jobs throughout the country and world. They have their "hands in every pot" when it comes to government contracts.

Cons

Your resume is used to get more contracts for the company, not necessarily for you. Due to the size of this company, you feel more like a number than if you worked for a smaller company.

Outstanding educational opportunities, excellent benefits, excellent pay, stock incentive program, flexible hours, strong track record for placement in the event of loss of contract coverage

Cons

Lack of clear career path for some positions, health care is eroding due to high costs (though this is true of the whole workforce)
