Flexible remote work is available and company offers a lot of paid training/certifications.

Cons

Anything other than merit raises can be tough to come by. Was promised a raise then held in limbo for over a year saying there was a freeze on raises while executives were being promoted.

Pros

Work is not very difficult, if you complete the assigned tasks you should be fine.

Cons

Going into the office is mandatory for at least two days a week and at the office there are not many amenities, pay for parking, and no bonus.

The people are talented, knowledgeable, and collaborative, making it a good environment to learn and work with high-caliber professionals. Team members are generally supportive, and day-to-day work is well managed.

Cons

The business is heavily dependent on government contracts. Job security can be uncertain because employment is often tied directly to contract awards. If the company loses a bid or a contract is not renewed, employees assigned to that contract may lose their positions with limited internal reassignment opportunities.
