They will not reimburse you for education even tho they say they will. Your raises are based on the job scale pay and not your value, worth, or how good you are at the position. So if you top out on the scale don't expect a raise. You will have to find a higher paying position in the company. They do not give bonuses. They do not offer free training. It is extremely difficult to move up or into another department within the company that would be of higher pay. Lateral moves are easier. If you leave for another company consider the SAIC bridge burnt.

1. First line management, called Section Manager, is weak. All they do is just approve timesheet and don't really have regular conversations with their team. 2. For a company so big, it's not always easy to "move around" and find opportunities. 3. If you receive customer recognition, there isn't a monetary award given.
