Contract Management Top Notch. Working with professionals at every level of the contract. Provides both in office and telecommuting opportunities. Top down management reporting with scheduled " All Hands Meetings" are informative - provides introduction of new employees, status of accomplishments for each area and the pulse of how we are doing with the client. Co-workers whether working in the Vienna office or with permanent telecommuters is seamless and availability is paramount. Team work, an forged relationships allows us to maintain timeline, schedules, etc. to get the job done.

Cons

As contractors, we run the risks of losing the clients/ contract. Facing that possibility now. Hoping Human Resoures realizes the value of each employee and steps up to the plate and assists in the transition to other contracts within SAIC.
