Pros

The patients and a majority of the staff.

Cons

Mostly everything. Poor management, poor training, unorganized, management does not connect with nursing and scheduling staff. Pay is okay problem with this is many visits would be extensive; multi dressing changes (2-6 staged wounds), blood draw, IV dressing change…lab drop off, etc and you would only be paid for one visit. So a 2+ hr visit would be paid $44. Honestly, I worked there for four months and by the end I was dreading going to work. Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever worked.
