The company is pretty well run from the top down. Upper management is pretty good at communicating to lower management overall goals and objectives for the company/department, and tries to help its employees get to where they want to go.

Cons

There could be better and more consistent training programs, especially for SUE.

You will work a lot of hours if you are salary not hourly.

Cons

They make promises with no intention of keeping. You will get calls on vacation, they will not respect your off time. Will take advantage of you if you let them. Upper management will tell you what you want to hear to get you to keep working.
